Well, duh!

Today, I had not one, but two "duh" moments as I lost my car twice. Now, this forgetting where I parked is quite a normal occurrence for me, as anyone who has gone to the store with me can attest. However, in Utah, it's normally pretty easy for me to go to the general vicinity where I think my car is and to look for the Minnesota plates. Today, at Wal-Mart and Target, I started looking for Minnesota plates only to realize that the entire parking lot is filled with Minnesota plates. Small red car with MN plates just doesn't work out here, for some reason. Fortunately, I found the car, but at Target, I ran into a friend who got to watch me search for my car. Well, at least I'm consistent. However, I'm pretty certain I need a new car-finding strategy. Any suggestions, besides remembering where I parked? That one just doesn't work for me. :-)

I say put a small Welsh flag on your attenna... you are tall enough to see something like that except if you get stuck between 2 SUVs. The other solution is to get a hand held GPS.
